This Privacy Policy explains how MyGleeo collects, uses, shares, and protects information when pediatricians use our platform and when parents/patients use the associated patient app under a registered pediatrician.

Owner/Operator: MyGleeo Health Pvt. Ltd. (“MyGleeo”, “we”, “us”, “our”)
1) Scope
This policy applies to (a) the MyGleeo pediatrician website under /pediatricians,
(b) pediatrician-facing dashboards/flows, and (c) patient/parent-facing app experiences that connect to a pediatrician’s clinic
via a Provider Code or clinic QR code.
2) Information we collect
- Pediatrician/Clinic Information: name, practice/clinic name, phone, email, practice address, identifiers for login and access control.
- Patient/Parent Information (under the pediatrician): parent/guardian contact details, child profile details, and information entered into the app (e.g., vitals, symptoms, milestones, vaccines, reports, photos/uploads) as configured by the pediatrician’s plan/bundle.
- Usage & Device Information: device type, app version, browser metadata, basic analytics events, and logs for security and performance.
- Support Interactions: messages and metadata when you contact support (email/phone/WhatsApp), limited to helping resolve queries.
3) How we use information
- To create and manage pediatrician accounts and enable clinic setup.
- To enable patient enrollment under a pediatrician and deliver follow-up workflows, reminders, and documentation.
- To operate nurse triage workflows and escalation rules (where applicable).
- To provide dashboards, alerts, and structured documentation to support continuity of care.
- To improve system security, reliability, and user experience (including troubleshooting and analytics).
- To meet legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
4) Data ownership & roles
In the MyGleeo pediatric continuity model, the pediatrician/clinic is typically the primary custodian of patient relationship and care workflows. MyGleeo operates the platform to enable continuity processes. Data governance and fiduciary responsibility remain with the doctor/clinic, subject to applicable law and patient consent.
5) Sharing of information
- With the pediatrician/clinic: patient data is visible to the pediatrician under whom the parent registers (via Provider Code/QR/app link).
- Service providers: we may use vetted vendors for hosting, messaging, analytics, and support operations under confidentiality and security obligations.
- Legal & safety: if required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
- No sale of personal data: we do not sell personal data.
6) Security practices
We use security-first practices appropriate for healthcare workflows, including access controls, audit trails (where applicable), secure transmission, and operational safeguards. No system is 100% secure; we continuously improve controls to reduce risk.
7) Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention may also depend on pediatrician/clinic policies and applicable healthcare record obligations.
8) Your choices & rights
- Access and update pediatrician profile information in your account (where enabled).
- For parents/patients: access and update certain app profile information (where enabled).
- Request correction or deletion, subject to clinical recordkeeping and legal requirements.
- Opt-out of non-essential communications.
9) Children’s data
MyGleeo is designed for pediatric care workflows. Parents/guardians provide information about a child under a pediatrician’s supervision. We process such data to deliver continuity services as configured by the pediatrician and consistent with consent and applicable law.
