1) Who these Terms apply to

These Terms apply to pediatricians/clinics and authorized staff accessing MyGleeo (“you”, “your”). Parent/patient experiences may also be governed by additional in-app terms and consents.

2) Service description

MyGleeo provides a continuity platform that supports structured follow-ups, reminders, documentation, triage workflows, and dashboards. The platform is intended to support clinical operations and does not replace professional medical judgment.

3) Account registration & access

• You must provide accurate clinic and contact details.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and Provider Code usage.
• You must ensure any staff access is authorized and appropriately trained.

4) Clinical responsibility

Pediatricians remain responsible for clinical decision-making, patient communication, prescriptions, diagnosis, and treatment. MyGleeo provides workflows and documentation support only.

5) Acceptable use

• Do not use the platform for unlawful purposes or to violate patient privacy.
• Do not attempt to probe, scan, or test system vulnerabilities.
• Do not upload malicious code or content that violates applicable law.
• Use patient data only for legitimate care delivery and authorized clinical workflows.

6) Fees, billing, and revenue share

Pricing, revenue share, and bundle economics (if applicable) may be communicated separately and may vary by plan and region. Any commercial terms agreed between MyGleeo and the clinic will govern over general statements on the website.

7) Availability & changes

We may update features, workflows, and content to improve the platform. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen outages may occur.

8) Intellectual property

MyGleeo and its underlying workflows, software, trademarks, and designs are owned by MyGleeo or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or create derivative works except as permitted by law.

9) Privacy & data protection

Our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy. You agree to follow applicable patient consent and recordkeeping obligations.

10) Disclaimers

• MyGleeo is a clinical workflow support tool and is not a substitute for medical advice or emergency services.
• Clinical outcomes depend on multiple factors beyond the platform’s control.

11) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyGleeo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability (if any) will be limited as per the applicable commercial agreement or, if none, to the fees paid to MyGleeo over the prior 3 months.

12) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is misuse, security risk, or violation of these Terms. You may stop using the platform at any time. Data retention may apply as per law and clinical record obligations.

13) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in the relevant jurisdiction will have authority, subject to applicable law.
